Free Shipping Offer
Free Shipping on merchandise orders of $100.00 or more! 'Merchandise' does not include charges for gift-wrap, rush delivery or any applicable sales tax or other taxes. Catalog items designated as Special Order do not qualify for free shipping. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Rush delivery charges, if selected, will apply. Stooge Club Memberships do qualify as a Merchandise purchase and will be applied to the $100.00 minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.

Free Shipping is available to Continental U.S. destinations only via FedEx Ground. To qualify for free shipping, the total merchandise order after the Stooge Club Discount and any coupons applied must equal or exceed $100.00. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-378-6643 if you have any questions about the free shipping offer or need any other assistance.

Free Shipping - Backorder Items
Free Shipping qualification is calculated from qualifying merchandise purchases per the original order. If an item (or items) from the original order become a back order item (or items) and such item (or items) is/are subsequently cancelled by the purchaser; and the aggregate amount of the original order becomes less than the qualifying amount necessary for free shipping, then regular shipping charges will apply to the recalculated original order amount.

Rush Orders
If you would like your order to be rushed (delivered 2nd business day after date of our receipt of your order) simply check the "Rush Order" box at the time of check out and click on recalculate to recalculate your order amount to include the rush order fee of $15.00. Please note if your order has a back ordered item, all available items will be shipped "rush" and the remaining back ordered item(s) will be shipped via USPS or regular ground UPS. All "rush" orders must have a street address. "Rush" orders will not be delivered to P.O. box addresses. International orders are not eligible for "Rush" delivery. (Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are also not eligible for "Rush" order delivery

International Orders
Please note International Orders include all countries outside of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada (click here for Shipping Charges to Canada). All international orders will have an additional $35 added to regular delivery charge. Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available. All gift wrapping will include a gift card. If you provide a message for gift wrapping in the designated message box in the shopping cart, we will write it in for you. For all gift deliveries, delivery address must be provided in shipping information, otherwise gift will be delivered to billing address.

Gift Certificates
Soitenly Stooges Gift Certificates with envelopes are available in denominations of $10 (SGGC10) and $25 (SGGC25). Gift certificates are sales tax free, however minimum regular delivery charge applies to each delivery address. If it's a "rush" order, please add an additional $15 to regular minimum delivery charge to each delivery address. Sales tax will be calculated at time of purchase of merchandise with gift certificates (applies only to California residents).

Backorders
Sometimes items become sold out and go on back order. As soon as we receive your item(s) in our warehouse, we will ship it right out to you. If you order here on the web, you will be given the option of splitting your order which contains available item(s) and item(s) on back order. If you split your order, all available item(s) will ship immediately to you in one order, and any back order item(s) will ship later on a separate order. Separate shipping charges will apply to each order. If you choose not to split your order, all item(s) will ship together when item(s) on back order are all ready to ship to you. (This will delay shipment of available items to you, but may save you some shipping charges.) You can check on the status of your back order by contacting our Customer Service Center.

Returns
If you made a mistake on the size of an item or you do not like what you received, simply return the item to us within thirty (30) days of receipt with your reasons for returning, and we'll be happy to exchange or refund your money (Special Orders excluded and excluding the cost of any return freight charges). Due to copyright regulations, video, audio and software titles that have been opened may only be exchanged for another copy of the same title. If we make a mistake on shipping you the wrong merchandise from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Center with an explanation within thirty (30) days, and we'll be happy to exchange or refund your order, plus shipping charges (Special Orders excluded). Please DO NOT return merchandise without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number just call 1-800-3STOOGES or request it via email at custserv@threestooges.com.
